EX/PX Energy Services Inc. and IMS Global Corp Expand Emergency Response Planning Capabilities
EX/PX Energy Services Inc. (EX/PX) and IMS Global Corp (IMS) have merged their respective Emergency Response Planning departments. This new partnership will give clients of both companies more resources to draw on for Emergency Response Planning (ERP) projects. No name change is planned, so no changes to current or future projects will be required.
Experts for both EX/PX and IMS have many years of experience writing Emergency Response Plans required by provincial and national regulators, including Sour Gas Critical ERP’s. The challenge for both companies is one that any business would love to have: managing the increasing demand for their services. The newly combined team will be able to handle more projects, thanks to the efficiencies of sharing resources.
Clients of both firms will benefit immediately from this union; more expertise, more technical writing and quality control staff, improved resident notification capability, twice the training space, and more flexibility will be available. With more projects, rollouts and ground truthing trips for different clients can be combined, the savings passed down to clients.
Although there are substantial immediate benefits of this new partnership, the most significant benefits are long-term. Thanks to the increased efficiency of a larger ERP team, common plans for future growth and the capability to offer more services are going ahead rapidly.
