Maintaining Plans

Maintaining ERPs is critical for facilities and pipelines where work or production is carried out over long periods. Updates to plans, databases, and maps need to be made to reflect changes to nearby infrastructure, public facilities, residences, etc. For example, area plans need to updated at least once a year, or more frequently where warranted.

For your ERP, EX/PX will perform the following services:

• assess if your plan needs maintenance,
• track when maintenance is required,
• complete updates on schedule,
• incorporate new data into the existing ERP or create a supplement to the ERP, and circulate as appropriate.
