At EX/PX, clients and residents aren’t just a file number, and neither are our staff members. Its not about where we are in the pecking order. In fact, we don’t even put titles on our business cards. Although we all have our own roles to fill, we want clients and residents to realize that just like them, we’re people, not positions.
